Bryant is responsible for leading the Uplands Science & Technology Foundation (USTF), an organization established to implement the physical development of the WestGate@Crane Technology Park spanning Daviess, Greene, and Martin Counties in Southwest Indiana. WestGate is located just outside of Naval Support Activity Crane, the third largest Naval installation in the world. More than 60 organizations are located within the park.
