Greene County Health WestGate Provides Full Medical Services

March 9, 2015

GCGH WG The WestGate@Crane Technology Park offers a growing range of amenities that support business development and a high quality of life for tenants and employees.  That is due to the increasing activity and investment from park tenants, like Greene County Health. The WestGate location of this full-service clinic is one of seven throughout the county. Patients have access to a growing network of 14 providers ranging from pediatrics and family practice to social work. “Over the past six months, the clinic has grown hugely. The expansion to seven locations, including WestGate, has given communities greater access to high quality health care without the worry of a long drive,” said Mark Fritz, Greene County Health Clinics Practice Manager. “For small cities and towns, it is a huge quality of life issue to have high-quality health care just minutes from home and work.” Greene County Health WestGate offers walk-in appointments and same-day scheduling and provides full-scale service to meet patient needs. Open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Fritz says the WestGate location is ideal for appointments during a busy work day for those working both on base at NSA Crane, and at the WestGate@Crane Tech Park and surrounding areas. “We offer something for everyone,” Fritz said. “We will work with patients to make sure our services are affordable and are truly meeting their needs. That means supporting everything from smoking cessation classes, which will continue through March 30, to individual and corporate health services. If you need a check-up or a physical, you can do that at our WestGate location. If you need us to come to you and provide employee physicals or CDL exams, we can do that based out of our WestGate location. We have the capability to work with large employee rosters and provide quick turn-around for blood and drug testing and provide special pricing for customers whenever possible.” As Greene County Health WestGate plans for the future, Fritz says there is hope to provide physical therapy services as well as possibly working with the local fire station to provide low-cost health services in conjunction with the local food pantry. “We will keep expanding services as long as we see the demand for them,” Fritz concluded. “I hope we have the opportunity to make the WestGate location one of our strongest and best.” To learn more about Greene County Health, or to schedule an appointment, visit http://greenecountyhospital.com/clinics/westgate/ or call (812) 863-4250.
