Save the Date!

In conjunction with Armed Forces Day, WestGate Academy andWestGate@Crane Technology Park are proud to announce the unveiling of two newly purposed parking spaces to honor those who have served our country; one space will be specifically for Purple Heart recipients and the other space will be specifically designated  for wounded veterans. WestGate Academy, as well as the Technology Park, stand in support of those who have dedicated their lives to serving our country. The ceremony will include speakers, a reveal of the designated spaces, and cake following the ceremony. The public is welcome to participate in this event. The dedication will take place May 19, 2016 at WestGate Academy. The time is yet to be determined. We look forward to seeing you there!

Romans Warrior Foundation is a nonprofit startup aimed at healing veterans when they return to the US after serving our country.  President of the foundation, Brian Romans, was key in the design and implementation process of the signs and the designation of the parking spaces. At the ceremony, Brian Romans will speak about the importance of designating these spaces for our wounded veterans. Romans will also speak about his nonprofit and how he hopes to help heal wounded veterans.
